Online Customer Success Manager

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and build relationships with online customers to ensure satisfaction and retention- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals- Monitor and track customer success metrics to measure performance and impact

Requirements:- Passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional service- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems- Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data to inform decision-making
