Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Altitude Games is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports
- Conduct regular customer success reviews and meetings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:
- Confident and reliable personality traits
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing online customer relationships
- Experience with customer success software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
