### Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers, helping us to maintain our commitment to a high-quality customer experience. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many customers, helping to build lasting relationships and promote our brand's values.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, social media, and chat platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, acting as the customer's advocate and ensuring they have a satisfactory resolution.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of SariSuki's products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers, guiding them in their purchasing decisions.
- **Order Processing:** Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns/exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve services and products, communicating trends and issues to relevant departments.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to customer service and SariSuki's operations.
- **Community Engagement:** Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, contributing to SariSuki's mission of giving back to the community.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in an online environment.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resilient:** Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- **Energetic:** A proactive approach that contributes to a positive team atmosphere and enhances customer experience.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Presentation:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to customers and maintain professionalism.
- **Persuasion:** Ability to influence customer decisions through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
