### **Job Description:**

Petron Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cebu. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms, providing clear and accurate information.

- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate customer issues by collecting relevant details and utilizing resources, ensuring that resolutions are provided in a timely and effective manner.

- **Order Processing:** Assist customers with the ordering process, including tracking shipments, managing returns, and handling exchanges, while maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends and recommend enhancements to improve products and services.

- **Communication:** Collaborate with various departments, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and relay customer concerns effectively.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback using company databases and CRM tools.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of Petron's products and services to provide accurate information and educate customers on features and benefits.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain up-to-date with company policies and procedures, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

- **Strategic Planning:** Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the customer service processes, ensuring customer retention.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Independent:** Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
- **Resilient:** Able to handle stress and adapt to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
