Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Persuasive and able to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
