We are looking for a passionate and independent Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at ZipMatch in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Entry Level employee, you will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide accurate information about our products and services- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer care
