**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and concerns, utilizing strong decision-making skills to resolve them efficiently and effectively. Escalate complex cases to appropriate senior staff when necessary.
- **Information Management:** Maintain a thorough understanding of AIDE Home Health Care's services and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and revisit unresolved issues.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback regarding services and relay this information to management for quality improvement.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken in our customer relationship management system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to streamline the customer experience and continuously improve service delivery.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established departmental performance and response time metrics while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and new developments in customer service and home health care.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, particularly in online or digital environments.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Demonstrate a commitment to punctuality and delivering on promises.
- Dedicated: Show enthusiasm for the role and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- **Soft Skills:**
