Job Description:
NextPay is seeking a motivated and confident Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat, email, and social media platforms.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards at all times.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and email systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
