Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
7. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Innovation and cooperation are essential soft skills for this role.
6. Must be able to work full-time and be flexible with scheduling.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
