Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of contact center agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Prepare and present reports on contact center performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in managing an online contact center
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Driven and resourceful personality traits
- Excellent project management and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
