**Job Summary**:
ChatGenie is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Online Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with a solid background in digital communications, adept at formulating effective strategies to engage with our audience through various online platforms. The candidate will leverage data to inform decisions and participate in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our online presence and user engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage online communication strategies across various platforms including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and our website.
- Create compelling content, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other communications materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics, using insights to inform content strategies and improve communication effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online communications with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Engage with our online community by responding to inquiries, managing feedback, and leveraging customer insights to enhance user experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in our communication strategies.
- Assist in the management of external partnerships and collaborations, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members on project initiatives and overall strategy.
- Maintain a content calendar to schedule and oversee all communications efforts, ensuring timely delivery of information.
- Stay updated on the latest digital communication best practices and tools, proactively seeking new ways to enhance our communication strategies.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online communications, content creation, or related roles, preferably within a tech or digital environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure and optimize communication strategies.
- Proficient in social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, WordPress) can enhance effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and persuasion skills.
- A proactive and energetic individual who takes initiative and is willing to strive towards common goals.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
