Job Description:
ZipMatch is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Online Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing online communication strategies to promote our brand and engage with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online communication campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and website
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and videos
- Monitor and analyze the performance of online communication efforts and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online communication efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Respond to queries and comments from customers and followers in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online communication strategies
Requirements:
- Resourceful and energetic individual who is able to think creatively and work proactively
- Excellent cooperation and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
