Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Communications Specialist to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online communications and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online communication strategies to promote Philippine Airlines' brand and services
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Create engaging content for online platforms including website, blog, and social media channels
- Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of online communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications to continuously improve strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in online communications or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hardworking and confident with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent research and critical thinking skills
