Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, innovative, and a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding our services
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using online communication tools
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
