Assist clients in navigating the Homebase platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to maximize their experience.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.4. Collaborate with the customer success team to address recurring client issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.5. Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to better assist clients and provide proactive support.6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:1. Resilient and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.2. Exceptional planning and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.3.
