Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our platform
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support

Requirements:
- Hardworking and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs
- Creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to client issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
