Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a talented Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client support, you will be responsible for managing our online client support operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of online client support specialists to provide timely and effective support to clients via chat, email, and phone.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.3. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client support issues and feedback.5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive client experience.6. Lead training and development initiatives for the client support team to enhance their skills and performance.7. Drive initiatives to increase client retention and lifetime value by building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field2. At least 6 years of experience in client support, preferably in an online environment3. Strong leadership and communication skills4. Passionate and hardworking with a strong sense of emotional intelligence5. Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve processes6.
