Job Description:

Globe Telecom is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide online support to clients through various channels such as chat, email, and social media.
2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and product/service information.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Confident and dedicated individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in using online support tools and software.
5. Experience in customer service or client support roles preferred.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
