Job Description:

Sprout Solutions is seeking an Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Online Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various online communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues regarding our software solutions.
3. Conduct research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
5. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
6. Collaborate with the sales and development teams to improve client satisfaction and retention.
7. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our client support processes.

Requirements:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
3. Strong research skills to find solutions to client inquiries.
4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
6. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
