Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve overall client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
