**Job Overview:**
As an Online Client Service Representative at Qwikwire, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service that enhances their experience with our company. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.

- Investigate and resolve client issues efficiently, coordinating with other departments as necessary.

- Gather feedback to help improve services and client experience.

4. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain organized files and documentation relating to client interactions and service requests.
- Assist in preparing reports as required to track client issues and resolutions.

5. **Continuous Learning:**

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business or communication is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite) preferred but not necessary.
