### **Job Description:**

Fetch Valet is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a leading player in the valet service industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients, and we need an individual who embodies our values while delivering unparalleled customer experiences.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Manage clients' inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing client concerns and questions.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify clients' issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalation as necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and maintain client satisfaction.

3. **Record Maintenance:**
- Accurately document client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure all client files are up-to-date and comprehensive for accountability and continuity of service.

4. **Service Improvement:**
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in client feedback and recommend improvements to our services based on this feedback.
- Contribute ideas towards enhancing the overall client experience.

5. **Reporting:**
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports that track client interactions, resolution times, and feedback for continual improvement initiatives.
- Provide insights to management regarding common client issues and potential solutions.

6. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Fetch Valet services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and client service techniques.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments including Sales and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving discussions.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years in a client service role, preferably in an online capacity.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and genuinely helping clients.
- Confident in interactions with clients and decision-making abilities.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all interactions and documents are accurate.
- Adaptability to handle changing client needs and the dynamic nature of the service industry.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Comfortable with technology and online communication platforms.
