### Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Online Client Service Associate** to join our team in Cebu. ### Responsibilities:

As an Online Client Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to enhance their experience with Pushkart.ph.

2. **Order Management:**
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking deliveries.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest offerings and company policies to serve customers effectively.

4. **Feedback Collection:**
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to management to support continuous improvement of services and products.
- Encourage customers to participate in surveys to evaluate their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.

5. **Support and Training:**
- Train new team members on customer service protocols and operational procedures.
- Assist the team in developing best practices for handling common customer scenarios.

6. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet response time standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and document all interactions with clients in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

### Requirements:

**Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or e-commerce setting.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online payment systems is a plus.
