Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a dynamic Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with order processing, shipping, and returns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the growth of our online client services

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle various client interactions
- Strong cooperation and innovation skills to work collaboratively with team members and suggest creative solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service practices
- Must be located in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH
