Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: adaptable and hardworking. Additionally, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:- Manage online client inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide prompt and courteous responses to client concerns and issues- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve problems effectively- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients- Use CRM software to track client interactions and update client profiles

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in client relations or customer service roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools
