### Job Summary:
Penshoppe, a leading fashion retail brand, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Cebu. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to create a positive shopping experience for our online customers. You will connect with customers through online chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our brand values.

### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and relevant information.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, promotions, and policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
- **Sales Support**: Assist customers throughout their shopping experience by offering product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our product offerings and customer service processes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments, including inventory, shipping, and returns, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our customer service management system for tracking and analysis.
- **Sustainability Advocacy**: Promote Penshoppe's commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices in all customer interactions.

### Requirements:
#### Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with online chat support experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service, business, or related fields is a plus.

#### Skills and Attributes:
- **Independent**: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced online environment.
- **Energetic**: Show enthusiasm and a positive attitude while engaging with customers.
- **Leadership**: Possess the capability to influence and guide customers toward the best solutions.
- **Persuasion**: Utilize strong persuasive skills to promote products and resolve issues effectively.

#### Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using chat support software and tools; familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and internet navigation.

#### Other Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
