Job Description:

Lazada Philippines is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through phone calls, emails, and chat support.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and empathetic support
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for quality assurance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
