Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with 8 years of experience, the Online Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online call center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of online call center agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including call monitoring, quality assurance, and training programs.
3. Analyze call center data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online call center management.
6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
1. 8 years of experience in online call center management or a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement.
5. Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
