As the Online Call Center Manager at AllCare, located in Cebu, Central Visayas, you will play a crucial role in managing our online call center operations. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online call center.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.4. Train and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and performance.5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.7. Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of customer service.8. Generate reports and provide insights to management on call center performance.

Requirements:- Proven experience in managing an online call center.- Adaptability and strong work ethic.- Excellent people management and cooperation skills.- Proficiency in call center software and tools.- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
