Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a reliable and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage online accounts receivable processes and transactions
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
