Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Process online payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong research and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
