Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders. This role requires someone who is adaptable and confident in handling various customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for online account holders, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.2. Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and other account-related issues.3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and usage.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Monitor account activity to ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity.6. Provide account usage tips and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.8. Assist with account management tasks, such as updating personal information and preferences.
Requirements:1. Previous experience in customer support or account management.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.4. Knowledge of online account management systems is preferred.5. Cooperativeness and leadership skills to work effectively with team members.6. Must be adaptable and able to handle high-pressure situations.7. Must be confident in dealing with customers and finding solutions to their problems.
