**Position Overview:**
FlySpaces is seeking a dedicated and proactive Online Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary support to our online clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships. This part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that challenges norms and encourages innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Support and Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned online accounts, addressing inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone calls.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all client communications and document interactions in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues faced by clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with necessary information and tools for successful utilization of FlySpaces services.
- Monitor account status and performance, offering strategic insights to clients for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to secure client renewals and identify upselling opportunities.

3. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze client feedback and support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports to share with management regarding client concerns, account health, and potential areas for growth.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with colleagues in various departments, such as sales, operations, and product development, to provide feedback and improve client experiences.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, provide updates, and share insights on client satisfaction.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Stay up-to-date on FlySpaces' products and services to offer accurate guidance and support to clients.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of training materials for both internal teams and clients.

6. **Process Improvement:**
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to improve processes and customer service protocols.
- Implement changes guided by feedback from clients and internal teams, focusing on enhancing the overall customer journey.

**Requirements:**

1. **Educational Background:**
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. **Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably in an online or tech environment.

3. **Skills:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and online collaboration tools.

4. **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Hardworking, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

5. **Soft Skills:**
- Ability to engage in strategic planning and offer constructive solutions to clients.
- Strong teamwork mentality, collaborating effectively with colleagues in different departments.
