**Job Description:**

Advance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Account Support Officer to join our growing team. As an Online Account Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional support and assistance across various online platforms.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their accounts. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via email, chat, and other digital communication channels.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot client issues related to account management, utilizing problem-solving skills to deliver solutions in a prompt manner.

- **Account Management:** Assist clients in navigating their online accounts, including updating personal information, managing subscriptions, and resolving billing queries.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure all interactions are logged accurately for future reference.

- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services and support processes. Collaborate with the team to implement changes to enhance client experience.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, marketing, and sales, to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

### **Requirements:**

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Experience:**
- No prior experience is necessary; candidates will be trained on the job.

**Personality Traits:**
- **Confident:** Ability to communicate effectively with clients and convey information clearly and positively.
- **Resourceful:** Strong ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to client issues and challenges.

**Soft Skills:**
- **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Project Management:** Capable of tracking project timelines and deliverables, ensuring client requests are completed in a timely manner.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with online communication tools and CRM systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
