**Position Overview:**
As an Online Account Support Manager at 1Export, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with our clients through efficient account support. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, addressing their concerns, and providing tailored solutions that drive their export success. This is a part-time role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a resourceful mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Account Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction while proactively identifying and solving potential issues.

2. **Project Planning and Coordination:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized support strategies based on individual client needs.
- Plan and execute account management processes, ensuring timely deliveries of products and services.
- Create detailed documentation for all account interactions, plans, and processes to ensure transparency and alignment among stakeholders.

3. **Performance Analysis:**
- Monitor key performance indicators for assigned accounts and utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on client satisfaction levels and account performance, sharing insights with management.

4. **Client Training and Support:**
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide training to clients on utilizing our export services effectively.
- Ensure all clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize their potential within our framework.

5. **Resource Allocation:**
- Work alongside the resources team to coordinate necessary resources for project execution and client support.
- Support clients through challenges by leveraging internal resources and relationships effectively.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve account support strategies and services offered.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the export or international trade sector.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools and data analysis techniques.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed objectives.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to engage and inspire both clients and team members.
