Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
