Your role Respond to inquiries from prospective and current customers. Follow up with reminders to complete tasks. Provide clear communication, embodying the Outgo brand. Troubleshoot application issues and provide instructions. Escalate application denials when needed. Create Outgo accounts for new customers. Educate customers about their products and services. Follow SOPs and SLAs. Provide operational support to Sales and Operation teams.
