Position: Onboarding/Recruitment Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Location: Makati City
Salary Offer: Php35,000-Php40,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM
Work Set Up: Work On Site

Job Requirements:
?Minimum 1 year experience in onboarding, HR or related work experience
?With experience working with International clients or companies is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
?Review and process background checks of applicants
?Coordinate candidates start date with the managers
?Ensure completion of onboarding documents
?Act as first point of contract of newly hire employees
?Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
