Job Description

Work from Office setup that is based in Makati.
With complete training and guidance, you will be set to do the following:
Load contact details, property information and images in our CRM on behalf of clients
Crosscheck submitted properties and listings to make sure it's complete and correct
Optimize existing listings and update old content
Ensure all photos and videos follow our guidelines
Source new, additional or better photos/videos if missing
Research and collect further information for incomplete listings
Respond to enquiries about listing with Office Hub and our services
Assist clients with technical queries throughout the onboarding process
Follow up on membership agreements if not returned
Assist the Sales team with loading leads and property enquiries from tenants looking for office space
Ad-hoc admin and data entry
Qualifications And Requirements
