JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Create advertising contents to promote the company services and attract more applicants and clients.
-Turn contents and ideas into video and publish them in social media such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and others.
-Innovate ideas and processes by performing research on the market trend.
-Serve as the company brand ambassador and handle video hosting in English and Tagalog.
-Conduct interviews with Successful Hires and other Bilingual or Foreign candidates.
-Coordinate with different departments of the company of each project.
-Search for leads needed to execute the project is not limited to finding the participant for the content, the best place to shoot the content, and others.
-Calculate project cost and ensure that it is within the approved budget.
-Write contents in English and Japanese and assist with translations of other branding and marketing documents.
-Handle calendar management of shooting schedules and other relevant events.
-Create game plans on how to brand the contents to gather views, comments and engagements.
-Handle other branding activities and tasks.
