On-Call Dining Staff

Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests promptly.Take and process orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team.Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or high-volume service periods.Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy shifts.Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Previous experience in a dining or hospitality role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.Availability to work on short notice, including evenings and weekends.With NBI/National Police Clearance Certificate.
