Job Description The Omnichannel Strategy Director is responsible for driving the development and execution of an integrated omnichannel strategy that enhances the customer experience across all touchpoints. This role focuses on optimizing the shopper journey, leading media and e-commerce strategies, and aligning retail marketing efforts to deliver consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, collaborate across functions, and leverage data-driven insights to drive business growth and customer engagement.
The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading strategy development in fast-paced, highly competitive environments.Strategic thinking capabilities, with experience in designing and implementing large-scale omnichannel initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.Solid understanding of digital transformation, including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, retail operations, and integrating technology with business processes.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
