General Responsibilities Work closely with product and design to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.
Build research materials (screener forms, NDAs, guides).
Ability to observe user behavior through data transactions analysis.
Keep up-to-date with competitor products.
Stay current on new research strategies and tools.
Qualifications Skills:
Empathic listening and ability to deliver an unbiased view of users.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable about usability and design principles.
Experience:
Familiarity with various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Experience in conducting remote and field research.
1-3 years experience in customer and user experience research.
Experience in technology and fintech is preferred.
