General Responsibilities Understand the market and the product's positioning
Ideate on features that help the product hit company goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to gather requirements
Write clear user stories to guide the design and engineering teams in development
Join and facilitate Scrum events
Manage backlog of tickets on Jira
Monitor product performance, analyze and come up with insights to guide decision making of more senior members of the team
Create and modify documents, including API Integration documents, FAQs, and User Guides.
Be the primary point of contact for your product and give necessary trainings to other departments / colleagues
Qualifications Skills:
Confident at verbal and written communication.
Shows empathy for user problems.
If business background, can work with financial statements, business models, economics, market research, and revenue streams.
If technology background, can work with software development, architecture diagrams, automation, software testing.
If humanities background, can work with research methodologies, statistical analysis, human behavior principles.
Experiences:
Familiarity with API Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, tradfi ecosystems.
Fresh Graduates allowed; business, technology, or humanities courses preferred.
