We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer (C11) - HR Recruiting Coordinator for the Executive Talent Acquisition (APAC/EMEA/NAM), Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. The Executive Talent Acquisition Scheduler role plays a key part in our efforts to build a Best-in-Class Executive TA Organization, because they will set the tone of the interview process.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Support Executive TA Team with all Interview scheduling including, but not limited to:
- Scheduling all formal interviews.
- Scheduling of informal meetings (Introductory discussion, initial/informal discussions, exploratory discussion, follow-up call, and candidate is not in Workday)
- Book interview locations (Onsite and offsite)
- Scheduling of Interview travel for Candidate
- Build a relationship with candidates and interview team members that will help facilitate Post interview follow-up with both the candidate and interviewer to ensure things went well and follow-up on feedback.
- Track all activity and ensuring the Executive Execution Specialist is always up to date on all happenings
As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
