Office Transaction Staff

FUNCTIONS
- Checking attachments & quantities of new IPO's
- Scanning new IPO's
- Indexing new IPO's
- Printing envelopes for new IPO's
- Checking signature verification, attachments & quantities of IPO accounts
- Clearing, sorting, and boxing documents for Iron Mountain
- Handles request for Pull Out of IPO documents OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
