Answer incoming calls for HCMI branches
Create a ticket for all incoming calls thru in-house CRM
Generate weekly inbound reports
Answer minor inquiries and facilitate customer requests
Follow-up status of issued tickets and ensure that they are attended by the concerned department
Generate monthly inbound reports such as Tickets Summary and Call Accounting Reports
