Creating and maintaining credit history files
- Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of account/client using external credit risk management tools/reports
- Supporting the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable aging
- Documenting daily collections activity
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Performing account/payment reconciliations
- Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients
- Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Identifying bad debt or financial exposure

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate of any 2 -4 year course
- With at least 1year of working experience
- Knowledgeable in MS office
- With professional driver's license 1, 2

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taytay, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
