**ACTUAL JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Director Support Specialist provides assistance to use their knowledge of company services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems.
They speak with directors, listen to them, gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions for any queries and assistance needed.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify director needs and help them use specific features.
- Follow up with directors to ensure technical issues are resolved and all documents are signed on time.
- Printing, sorting, scanning, and filing of documents that are needed for ink sign.
- Does fieldwork per area to meet up and discuss with the directors regarding the documents that are needed to be ink signed.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

**Education**:

- Graduate of any two to four-year business course.
**Knowledge and skills**:

- Polite, patient, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel reporting functions (formula/pivot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver content.
- Able to multi-task and adaptable to constant changes.
- Solid analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training delivered.
- Accountable, strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Analytical and able to think out of the box solution for a problem.
- Can work with minimum supervision and initiative.
**Experience**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related role
- Fresh graduates may be accepted

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
