**JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Director Support Specialist replies to all UK queries and requests for transfer contracts in a timely manner.
Coordinate with UK Team and other departments to properly accomplish all requests and resend contract requests for any updates and modifications needed.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond efficiently to UK support (intermediary's request for company transfer) queries within the messaging portal.
- Maintain master tracker of all requests and verify company details, order history, and director information.
- Acknowledged and coordinated requests from queries to the relevant department.
- Provide updates on resolved requests to UK counterpart and IT support.
- Strategize, analyze, and report system/portal issues or malfunctions, files ticket for investigation, and all transfer contracts and resend requests.
- Chase directors to sign an amended contract and send mass notification to let directors know why the contract needs to be amended.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

Education**
- Graduate of any four-year business course.
**2.
Knowledge and skills**:

- Should be focused, very keen on details, and efficient.
- Polite, patient, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel reporting functions (formula/pivot).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task and adaptable to constant changes.
- Accountable, strong time management, and decision-making skills.
- Analytical and able to think out of the box solution for a problem.
- Can work with minimum supervision and initiative.
3.
**Experience**:

- 1 year or less of experience in calls or office management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
